Baseball belt buckle?

Not sure what this is. Does anyone know what it is and if it has any value? Is it something that players would have worn or just something made for the commercial market? Thanks in advance for any information.

Baseball Belt Buckle

The buckle is from the Habana Leones (Havana Lions) Cuba. Not sure of the year or value, have never seen one before.
