Need help locating Jim Ray Hart
 

Does anyone on the Board have a good address or any information for Jim Ray Hart? He played for the SF Giants from 1963-1973. I'm trying to locate him so that I can send him some cards to sign.

Does anyone have a good example of his autograph?
