If the Winner of Legendary Lot...
So we don't have several threads on this.
If the winner of the lot of 1925 Exhibits would listen to a generous offer on the Terry, let me know. |
I could also use 3-4 T3's from the lot of 15..I see the graded copies are already on ebay under mantleoct61

Interested in cards from all the exhibit lots, please let me know if you have any to trade or sale.

GCM's
I'm interested in a few of the George C Millers, if that lot is being broken up.
|
I'm interested in a few of the Cycle back T207s if you happen to win one of the lots. I made a run at the different lots but I'm only interested in 3 or 4 of them.
Thanks. Bob |
Exhibits
I need only 5 more 1923-24 Exhibits and would pay generously for those. I also need the Faber silhouette background from lot #201. Thanks and hope to hear from you.

I also posted this o please contact me.

I need some of the exhibits too...looks like the winner(s) could host their own mini-auction on those cards!

:p Of course it could be the case that none of the posters boycotted anything but just didn't win.

Never underestimate ebay as a buying tool, still, even though a lot of sellers have given up on putting vintage cards on ebay. There was an SGC 40 T207 Donlin (arguably THE toughest card in the set) in Legendary which sold for $2725 (Anonymous back) while another SGC 40 Donlin (Broadleaf back) on ebay sold for $1080. There really isn't that much of a difference in value between the three backs although collectors pay a premium for Cycle backs and their red printing. I was amazed the Legendary card sold for so much more. The cut was better but still....
The other T207 lots on legendary went for about what I thought they would go for, not great, but decent. |
Lot #725: 1930 Blue Ribbon Malt Premiums
If anybody won this one, I am interested in a couple of cards --
