Coach's corner cant even do a description right.
Hey guys, just thought this deserved its own thread.
http://www.myccsa.com/Lot/200/joe-di...-mas-card.aspx Note the description. Signed in BLUE SHARPIE by Joe D and AT A LATER DATE by Marilyn. Umm. when did the Sharpie come into being? Also, they are fake, and liers too Check out more Mathewsons, at least Two JFK / Jackie fakes and much more, all brought to you by Scott, Lee, Morales, and Scrap Authentic. All your Holiday Forgeries in one place. ROACHES CORNER |
a quick check of Wikipedia
reveals that the Sharpie was around in black ink starting in 1964.
It looks as though blue was not available until 1980, along with the intro of several other colors. Take that FWIW, as with everything on the Wiki... |
Yeah, and Marilyn Died in 1962. Yeah, nice logic by those crooks.
|
There's probably a certified Abraham Lincoln on the verso
|
Maybe it was originally signed "& Marilyn Monroe" first, and then much later, Joe added his name in sharpie. Shouldn't we give CC the benefit of the doubt, since they were chosen to feature the exclusive Darren Daulton collection?
|
there's a couple more Josh Gibsons ( there have been so many lately that he must still be signing) :) and a couple of scary-bad Lou Gehrig's.
|
Yeah, Joe...

According to the listing, Darren is going to wear it to your house. Does he work for UPS these days? That would be convenient.
|

|
Sounds like a great commercial...
World Series tickets for you and your son...$1,000
Beer, Dogs, and a program...$50 Going home with the winning catcher's cup and jockstrap....Priceless. |
A perfect combination,, a former player missing a few screws and Roaches Corner, a match made in heaven and oh so classy too.
|
"It comes directly from Darren's crotch to the winning bidder!!"
That seals it, I'm going after that sucker! |
Another rare item, but Coach's corner seems to get these almost every month. What a supply they must have of CLASSIC CRAPTASTIC stuff....u:mad:

jock/fabricated auto's
What sick/twisted individual would buy his jock? And what a bunch of freaks selling it! Who's the genius that thought up this lot?
The forensic expert (in other words the guy that says yes, its real), lol! Keep ripping this place. Good entertainment! |
When was lined paper invented? Anyone? I'm seeing a lot of 1913, about 15 years after his death.
http://www.myccsa.com/Lot.aspx?LotID=184344 Love the Abner Doubleday authenticated by STAT. Also a favorite of mine, the Bonnie and Clyde signed cut signatures, authenticated by STAT. http://www.myccsa.com/Lot.aspx?LotID=185052 DanC |
Yeah, but the Bonnie Parker hasn't yet been authenticated..
Oh, and how in the heck does Spat Authentic know what a GENUINE Clyde Barrow autograph looks like? This is so pitiful. Im still open if anyone wants to go down there and picket their stupid offices. Its time these people are shut down. |

What? Why can't he/they authenticate Parker? I have sent him (Ted Taylor from STAT, which stands for STop Authenticating Ted) two e-mails last week, without a response.
How much you wanna bet that Ted doesn't even have an exemplar. I'll help you out, Teddy boy for next time you get one. Above is the "only known" example of the two, and then there is yours. That one has a famous story behind it. I wonder what the story is with the one they are selling that is at $30 at this moment. We'll end this with a quote from the Philly Burbs article: "We trust those guys (STAT)," he (Trythall) said. "They do the research. They don't want bad product out there." |
