Need Help with an old Kren Bat
 

Hello:

Looking for some help with this Kren bat. 33 inches long. The label says Joseph G Kren
Legionaire
NO 858
Syracuse NY

I assume it might be a legion bat? Anyone know anything about this bat? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, everyone. I came across another of these Kren Legionaire bats today and have included two pictures. I should've taken pics of the full length, but the bat seemed to be in generally good condition (a novice opinion). The question is what's it worth? I'm not a bat guy but I could certainly go back and buy it. It was at a flea market and I don't think the guy was selling it for much. Thoughts? Thanks.

You might get more in the Syracuse area, but I would say in the $25-50 range.

Thanks, Mike. Appreciate the quick response. If any bat collectors out there are interested, let me know. I think the asking price was $12 and I'd be happy to buy it and ship it - all at cost. I'd even accept reimbursement after delivery since I'm relatively new to net54 and no one knows me. Small dollars but if it'd be a decent pickup for someone out there, say the word. Call it collecting karma!
