HI # Collectors?
 

I am curious if there are collectors that collect HI #'s simply because the card is a high #. Also, are there sellers/dealers that specialize on catering to this crowd? Do you think HI # prices will remain strong in future years? Thanks, I would be interested in learning more about this topic.
