Can anyone tell me what this is? Pop just won this in a local auction, thanks.

Dan, they are currently known as 1937 BF-UNC Felt Pennants, there 9 currently listed in the SCD (yours isn't) but I have seen other players that are also not currently listed. Pretty neat little things. They are listed in the 2009 SCD on page 69.
