Hey, Leon, did you win this?

I've never seen one of these before.

Isn't that a trimmed W574?

Leon 09-27-2009 11:06 PM

saw it

I saw it and admit I almost thought it was an R315.....But it does look like a trimmed W574...actually, they are miscut so poorly (many times) it might be factory miscut.

I won this card, I am working on the set and thought it was neat the way it was cut. Obviously hand hacked from a sheet or something.

Wow, glad I didn't win. I didn't realize there were any horizontal format W574s, or I might have been able to figure it out. Glad it found a good home.

Hey Dan
Here is a goofy looking one I picked up recently. Until now I had only seen these in strips of 3 vertical cards.....

danmckee 09-28-2009 11:22 AM

Yes that is very cool! I saw that and you are correct!! I have only ever seen those in vertical strips of 3 as well. That was on ebay correct?

yeap, it was on fleabay......got it for the opening bid of about $100....who says the hobby has to be expensive to collect? (though $100 isn't chicken feed it's not a million either)

danmckee 09-28-2009 11:51 AM

That was a good price! i think I was scared of it for the reasons we mentioned, that I have never seen 1 in that form before. Nice score. Every now and again you can still get a score from that nightmare of a trading place! Well stated - Fleabay!
