Addie Joss Tribute Game Project Completed
4 Attachment(s)
As I mentioned a while back, I put together a collection of cards of the players from the Addie Joss memorial game and had sent it off to the framer. It was finally completed and delivered on Friday.
I had to shoot the images at an angle to avoid the flash. The T205 Joss on the left is in a holster so it can be removed and the back read. On the top right is the newspaper article from the day following the game which includes the box score. I'm thrilled with how it came out. It's about 8' wide. |
Matt That's awesome!

Zoinks! Very impressive piece. The frame shop must have some real talent working there.
|
Thanks so much guys! My wife's favorite part is that John Graney is in the panorama twice (apparently he ran around the back of the photographer, who started shooting from the left and appears a second time on the extreme right), but I'm glad I have you guys to share it with, who can appreciate some of the other aspects. ;)

Joss
Matt, about the coolest display piece I have seen involving baseball cards. I love the fact that you have placed the Joss card as if Addie himself was hovering over the action at his own memorial. Now it is your turn to step back and enjoy the fantastic outcome.
