I thought all cards for sale that were delivered at least 3 years after they were mailed went in the BST section.

I mailed out a T205 Phillipe PSA 7 about 3 years ago and the buyer said he never received. Anyone get it yet? Watch your mailbox for it!

Seems about right - standard priority is 2-3 years, right?

Great news. The seller must be thrilled to have received his refund back!

This actually happened to me. Not a card but a record. I sold a record to someone in France. After about 4 weeks and it not showing up I sent him a refund. Almost 18 months later he contacted me and said that the record had just arrived and sent back my refund. I gave him a $25 store credit for his honesty.

My through the mail autograph request time records:

Vincente Amor--postmarked 1995, received 1999.

Steve Henderson--wrote him in 2002, received in 2005 with an up-to-date postmark.
