Bingo i have unlocked the thread. With all due respect Leon it is not fair to lock a thread and then hand out a demerit with how many offenses that have taken place, i would have said nothing if everyone who used offensive language were given a demerit. I'm not gonna freak out or say anything out of line but i will say i find it odd that certain folks say very vulgar and nasty things on here and they do not even get a warning.
In my opinion what is fair in this situation is a trial. Yep folks the first trial ever on Net54:eek:. I am going to appeal the demerit and hire the services of the best defense attorney in the land who has never lost a case CALVINDOG a.k.a the ghost of Hal Chase is looming large.
The trial should be set forth for the record as the people errrrr....i mean "click" vs. MB3. The jury should be 4 people and here is who i feel they should be. Bruce Dorskind because he is not swayed by anything, Dan Bretta because he will automatically vote against me so the "click" has a ringer on the bench for them, Chiprop because he will give an honest judgement not being afraid or intimidated and last but not least the CAPTAIN Leon.
I am contacting Jeff to see if he will represent me and then the trial date will be set if Leon is cool with it and all the facts will be heard. I'm sure the "click" will hire Peter Spade but who knows if will be available because he is currently talking to his agent to see if it would be good for his image to be the hair club for men poster boy.
