I recently went out on a limb and bought a few 1940'-60's baseball board games. I normally stear clear of this stuff but I thought they were neat and priced well.

There are 4 games so what do you think. Do you have any info about them or a way to price them or just pricing???

Thanks very much for the endorsement, Rick!
Andrew signed in over at our forum and we've been in contact with him via e-mail regarding the games.

Picked up this large 1954 game (sorry its not Baseball) a couple of months ago.
The graphics are vibrant and the game is in fantastic condition for being 55 years old.
It sits on shelf in my office and is so bright it almost glows.

Mark Cooper wrote a terrific book on games that will have the prices for all of these. It's a hardback with tons of color pics.

Great looking example of that game, Jay. That 1954 number is much tougher to find than Cadaco's long-running follow-up, Bas-Ket.

Mike, we've already advised Andrew on prices -- although he's certainly free to court additional opinions! No disrespect to Mark or his book -- he's a member of our own forum, we worked with him on last year's HOF display of his collection, and his book remains a fine primer on tabletop baseball, particularly the 19th-century stuff -- but the price guide therein was way off the mark fifteen years ago when the book was published and has little relationship to the reality of market prices now. It's also baseball only, so nothing on College Basketball there (nor, for that matter, two of Andrew's four games).
