1920s? Cabinet Photo id help

I have had this around for a while and just looked at it again.

One player is ided as Winfield Smith but trying to figure out anything about him or that team is not my thing. I am guessing this is 1920s era but have no clue.

Any help on iding the player, team and with value woulb be great.

There is no Winfield or Win Smith in the Minor League database which means this was probably a semi pro or town team photo. Value is minimal - $20-$30. 1920s looks about right as far as era goes.
