f/s 1960 and 1963 MJ ROOP binders w/cards

hi guys,
both boxes are black with gold printing. both are in nm condition.

1960 topps baseball (empty, no cards or 9 pocket pages) $40 dlvd.

1963 topps baseball (245 different cards #1-444 no middle or high series. mostly commons with a few minor stars, checklists, etc. ; in penny sleeves then placed in 9 pocket holders, average condition is ex with a few better and a few lesser...decent raw starter set.) $225 dlvd.
