Horace Partridge Baseball

So I have a baseball, made by Horace Partridge Co. It's in an orange box with a blue seal. I've extensively researched, and I can't seem to find any information for this ball other than who it was made by and I've come to think it's from the 1920's-1930's. It says "Junior Major League", which is kind of confusing. The ball itself has red and navy blue stitching. It's 8 3/4", 4 3/4oz. I realize this isn't a standard size baseball...but with the research I've done, even little league balls are standard 9in 5oz balls... if anything they just weigh less but are still 9in. I know that even when the standard size of a major league ball was changing, it was never smaller than what it is now. If anyone has any information or could point me in a direction, that would be great. Thanks!

Most likely 1920s or 1930s looking at the detail on the box, the size my just have been the standard size for recreation for school play that could have been used indoors and outdoors. I always like seeing interesting vintage sporting goods
