PSA (OC) qualifiers

need some opinions. High grade 1915 Cracker Jacks (7,8,9,) with OC qualifiers....how should they be valued in comparison to there non-qualifier counterparts?

appreciate any input

thanks!

Most cards as you probably know are 2 grades lower w/ a qualifier. As far as the CJ go, i really do not know? 7(oc) priced as straight 5? i do not know?

I think a lot depends on how OC it is. If it is not bad, I don't think pricing drops two full grades in value. If it is terrible, it could be worse than a two grade drop. It could even be hard to sell if the off-center is extreme, like 99/1. I think two full grades is about average. It also depends on the availability of the card a various levels. I am not selling this card, but if I were, it would not be for the price of a PSA 7.
