Re: 1959 Topps

Tony,
I'm sure there are several of us who would like to sell you some 1959 Topps baseball. Without checking my album, I'm guessing I could find a lot of about 50 or so nice 1959s. Undoubtedly others here would have several multiples of that number. Before I spend an hour or so pulling, cataloging, and pricing a group of that size, I like to know that a potential buyer is reasonably serious about acquiring them. I have responded to numerous requests for specific cards on this site, often without even an acknowledgment from requester. The problem is that your post is rather vague. Are you looking to buy individually listed cards? Or one large group? If in groups, how many at one time? Would you prefer to start with commons? Stars/HOFers? High numbers? Or a mix of all of those? What price range do you consider fair for singles? For groups? For stars? Would you consider graded cards? Which numbers do you not need? Etc., etc. You get the idea. Show us that you're serious by narrowing down your search a little and indicating a price range that you're comfortable in, and I have no doubt that you'll get some results. There's not much that's more frustrating than filling a want list and offering 40% off book, only to be told that your prices are too high. Best of luck in your quest.

well said, i agree with you. my biggest problem is the bv $4-$8 cards sellers arent listing enough to make it worth while and then inflating postage.

i have spent $350 over the past 2 weaks and am still geting mailers and organizing what i do have.

i will update this thread with my haves and would be most interested in a $200 package deal of $4-$8 bv cards no stains fuzzy corners or centered horribly i would like a scan of each card front only nm seems to be the grade that makes me happy

my last package deal was $100 for $224 bv of cards i outlined above

i would like to spend my $200 for $450ish bv in cards fitting my desc

i will try to have my haves in this thread later today and thank you for the response
