Suggestion to Leon

All this recent talk of missing/stolen items (Cjs, NYPL stuff, etc) got me thinking... wonder if a small section of the new board dedicated to missing or stolen items would be helpful? I know the Game Used Universe forum has a section members can post scans and descriptions of missing items (usually those lost through the mail) in the hopes they pop up on eBay or elsewhere for sale and someone recognizes the piece (ala Dan's missing Sherry).
Just a thought...

Not a bad suggestion but might that open a Pandora's box? Also, we are a bit cluttered already...but I am open to discussing.

Leon, is there a way to merge both open threads on the NYPL issue?

I think these topics MUST be openly discussed, but MUST be closely monitored too.

On this board we can merge threads though I have never tried it. Are you talking about the one (as there are 3-4) asking to show the allegedly stolen items and the list (thread) that was posted, or .....?

Yes, sorry Leon...I meant the 'allegedly...' and 'list' threads.

Interesting and there you have it, viola they are merged. Not sure I did it correctly but it looks like it worked. Maybe I should have put the other one first but at least it's all in one thread.

If my memory is correct, I remember Ben mentioning on the other board that a handful of his cards were recovered.
