I am fimiliar with 1917 D328 Weil Baking Co. and in this set is a player named Eddie Foster.
I am not fimiliar with a 1917 D327 set. Who made it? And are you sure it is George Rube Foster in the set instead of Eddie Foster?
Thanks...

The D327 set is the Holsum Bread set and it is from 1920-21 not 1917.

There is a card of Eddie Foster catalogued in that set but I have never heard of there being a Rube Foster in the set, and I do follow that set very closely.

my bad

You are correct, I was going by Becketts alphabetical checklist.. but in the Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards it does show as Eddie Foster and Davenport isn't even listed... which Dave Davenport and Rube Foster are both listed as being in the Holsum Bread D327 series in Becketts.... I guess it will be even tougher now to acquire those two pitcher's cards:( thanks for setting it straight

Curious as to your interest in

Wicker (not for trade, will sell, but he is a bit pricey)
