Figured I would give this new venue a shot.

Beautiful Babe Ruth Press photo where you can see the love of Baseball on the Babe's face as he watches the game. Dated on the back as 1937, Babe Ruth is in attendance at the All Star Game with his famous wife. Photo is in great shape and has the original paper caption on the back.

I will just start it at $10 to get it going. I will close the auction Saturday night at about 8pm Eastern Time.

O/T question, i see Babe is wearing a wedding ring on his left pinky finger, as is the guy in the row behind his wife. Was that customary back then, or just a personal preference?

Interesting. I did not notice that before. It must have been a custom or maybe for cigar smokers or something. It had to be a legit reason because his wife who ruled his world with an iron fist is sitting right next to him. Neat observation though.
