Auction: T332 Helmar stamps, lot of 13
1 Attachment(s)
Up for auction is a group of 13 (12 different) T332 Helmar stamps. Players are:
Evans, St. Louis (Nat.) Parent, Chicago (Am.) Needham, (Chicago (Nat.) Street, New York (Am.) Sullivan, Chicago (Am.) Huggins, St. Louis (Nat.) Toney, Chicago (Nat.) Mowrey, St. Louis (Nat.) (2) Grant, Cincinnati (Nat.) Gaspar, Cincinnati, (Nat.) Titus, Philadelphia (Nat.) Cree, New York (Am.) Eight of the 13 are in what I would call above-average condition for Helmars. The Titus, Gaspar and one of the Mowreys show typical wear associated with the issue. The Huggins and other Mowrey are the roughest of the group. I think the scan below will answer questions about condition, but I'll be happy to answer questions or send larger scans. You're bidding on the group; no bids on individual stamps. Minimum bid increment is $1. Auction will end at 10 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday June 9. Payment by check or money order only (Sorry, the thought of giving PayPal money makes me queasy). Shipping is free. Stamps will be mailed to winner on Thursday, June 10. Thanks, Rob |
Rob, I'll start off with a bid of $30 on the group, just to get the ball rolling.

well
I didn't even read the rules but I would give at least $65 for them......so that is my bid.

If I didn't know any better I would swear Leon just called me a cheapskate, so I gotta outbid him, I'll raise it up to $75.00

Jon,
Just sent you an e-mail. Thanks for the bids, everyone. Rob |
Rob, good auction. However, I do like it better when you put something out on BST and then lower the price in $5 increments every 7 hours until it's sold a year later. This auction was ok, too.

Very nice backhand, Mr. Lichtman.
