I've only seen two (got one of each variation)in the past 7 years or so. Has anyone else got or seen one?<br /><br /><img src="http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/7945/dempseycoverqh3.jpg"><br /><br />Ordinarily matchbooks are preferred to be displayed without matches, covers only.
