OT:Terrible Towel at half-mast
 

Posted By: <b>John S</b><p>I have been a die-hard Pittsburgh sports fan since the late 70's. Myron Cope was the voice of the Steelers for 35 years and occupied a special place in the community. He created the "Terrible Towel" which turns Heinz Field into a sea of yellow during the game (and has been copied by so many other teams). He is a a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame (broadcasting). He will be missed by the sport's community in Pittsburgh.
