Posted By: <b>David McDonald</b><p>Roger-<br>What a beautiful array of NY Giants cards. My favorite is the Thomson card. Aside from being a neatly composed image, complete with the American flag, Bobby Thomson had just put his name into eternal baseball history a few months before, and he is a <i>mensch</i> to boot. He is one of my great baseball heroes.<br><img src="http://photos.imageevent.com/kawika_o_ka_pakipika/bbbofsfirstclass/holygrailcards/The%20Shot%20Heard%20Round%20the%20World.jpg" alt="[linked image]">

The back of the Branca says 'experts agree it was a good pitch' in reference to the famous hit. Here you go-<br><br> <a href="http://s171.photobucket.com/albums/u284/JOHNNYHARMONICA/?action=view&amp;current=52brancatmps046.jpg" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u284/JOHNNYHARMONICA/52brancatmps046.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
