Need some ID help with a couple of PCL issues

PCL News put out a set of photo supplements for awhile, not sure what years, and I suspect that's what this is.<br /><br /><br /><img src="http://i23.ebayimg.com/05/i/000/ed/62/8978_1.JPG"><br /><br /><br />The other is a 5 x 5, blank-backed, glossy photo of Geroge Metkovich, Oakland Oaks. Posted By: <b>Glen V</b><p>Andy,<br /><br />I have a 4 x 5 Oaks picture which looks very similar to yours. Supposedly Maxwell Hardware gave out Oaks pictures in 1948. Wonder if they had different sized pictures, maybe over multiple years??? You might ask Macrae - I first heard about Maxwell Hardware from him.
