Uncirculated?
 

Posted By: <b>Bill</b><p>OK, so I'm looking around on ebay and see a PSA graded card up for auction. Under the title of the card is the line "UNCIRCULATED!". What in God's name does this mean? Did the seller have the card in his collection his entire life, get it graded, and is now selling it? <br><br>Change your socks, drink water, and drive on.

Posted By: <b>Jim Dale</b><p>Not sure about a pre 1980 card, but there is a group of cards being produced by Topps now in Bowman, Pristine and Etopps variations that are sent out encased and often labeled "uncirculated" This is extremely modern stuff. Teh only older stuff I can think of with that issuance might be some of the stuff from Topps Vault they are selling - which is 1960's to 80's stuff that has been in their possession since it was creating - usually one of a kind type of artist proofs or stuff like that.
