May 11, 1895 Harpers Weekly Amateur SOLD!
Posted By: <b>Rick McQuillan</b><p>Hi, I have a Harper's Weekly from May 11, 1895 which features an interesting article by J.A.Tyng, called "Amateur-Sport" "The eveolution of the Amateur Pitcher". <br />The article feature 10 pictures of an unnamed pitcher with "SICC on this uniform. These are photos, not wood cuts.<br /><br />This magazine is in nice shape, other than a few small tears, and the pages that hold the baseball article have come loose from the spine.<br /><br />$20.00 delivered. PayPal is preferred. Check or money is OK.
