Posted By: <b>keith</b><p>I have the following items for sale or trade:<br /><br />1. 1897 Harpers Weekly magazine with a Carlisle Indians 1896 football team photo in it in addition to an article about the Indian football team.<br />2. Old University of Pennsylvania football print - entitled "Bowl fight at the University of Pennsylvania - probably from 1890's<br />3. 1935 Heffelfinger's Football Facts publication<br />4. OCTOBER 15, 1910 Carlisle versus Syracuse College Women Section Football ticket<br />5. given out at same game - a 7 inch by 7 inch piece of paper with song cheers and parodies to be sung by the Syracuse fans. The cheers are pro-Syracuse, and ridicule the Carlisle indians in the process. The cheers are definetly not politically correct by todays standards, and include some racial comments towards the native american football team.<br />6. A 1920's or 1930's Carlisle Indians pennant<br /><br />I collect older Philadelphia Eagles items, Frankford Yellowjackets items, kail statues, football hartlands, and football bobbleheads.
