The unshipped issues were destroyed, thus creating the limited availability, if my memory serves correctly. <br /><br />--Shawn

Since a few people emailed me about the #7's I stashed away let me organize what I have. I can probably offer some partial runs and individual copies of #7, but I just don't remember what's there. I sold a bunch years ago. I'll go through them the next couple of days and add a post with prices.
