He also does the same things with pictures of baseball players, often cutting them out of the printed material and putting them in plastic holders with a grade assigned to the cut out picture.<br /><br />Some purchasers think that the resultant slabbed, cut out picture is a legitimate collectible. It is not currently considered as such by mainstream collection thinking. I do not think that book cut outs will ever be considered by most as collectibles.<br /><br />As far as other items offered by this seller, if slabbed goods are guaranteed to be crossed over to PSA, then they may have merit. But I do not think that such a guarantee will be offered by him.
