I think this forum is well respected in its own right and has been here for a long time. I have only been using NET 54 since late last year and I don't have any answer to what you ask. I have made some transactions here both purchases and sales, but none within any feedback. I was an Ebay Seller for nearly 3 years and got fed up with the bs there and no longer have my account. I had over 400 transactions and 100% feedback. I am a member of several forums boards where I been party to several transactions.
