Posted By: <b>Brian Lindholme</b><p>Scott,<br />I just asked this same question in a recent plea...to no avail.<br /> A few theories :<br /><br />First...there are not many Yorks floating about for sale or trade in the first place.<br /><br />Second...the value of these cards seem to be still settling in, and collectors are not sure if they want to move them.<br /><br />Third...they are another of the card types that "the beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Some call them ugly !(not me...)<br /><br />Fourth...I am somewhat new to the board, although a long-time collector. Perhaps the group will respond to a more frequent poster.<br /><br />So, I apologize for intercepting Scott's plea. I'll take the leftovers if he passes. I have almost 1/2 the set including Ruth, W. Johnson & Speaker. I don't mind low grades in fact I prefer them. C'mon guys, whaddya got for me and Scott ?<br /><br />Brian L<br />familytoad<br />
