Have you checked TD Treasures lately? Mike had some uncut sheets of the 1961 Bank Promos a week or two ago.

What do they have to do with these postcards though?

He has a lot of rare odd ball stuff and if he bought a collection with a lot of the First National Bank Browns Promos from about a decade later then would you not think there's a shot he might have something similar from the same general time frame since they are both Browns?
