I know Rhys has sold a lot of incredible pictures, and hopefully I've bought a few of them, but this is on another level. Gave me chills.

EDITED TO ADD - my error, this one is a Type 1, looks like maybe only 1 of those other 10 were a Type 1 looking at the prices. I guess many of you are Newbies. Good for RMY, new viewers/bidders.

Explains why the boom in prices in baseball cards. etc. Lots of newbies joining the game. Thus the rise in demand and prices.

I have a later original photo from the Korean War that was used in Life (called Landing at Inchon by Arthur Rickerby) that I have always thought was influenced by Into the Jaws of Death. It is amazing what these brave men were willing to do for our country and for freedom.
