Need help with ID: Jack Lapp, Phila A's 1908-15...

Posted By: <b>Paul D</b><p>I was wondering if it may have been a re-applied cut out of some sort. The paper quality of the front is might be slightly lesser than your regular cabinet photo of that time period. That could mean that it is a magazine cut or something; however the application of it to the backing seems flawless, so I thought, maybe something massed produced. In looking at the damage around the front edges it seems as if someone at some point had it matted inside (or behind) at mat board; which could mean that a former owner spent at least some amount of time doing something with it. Just makes my head spin. <br>Paul D.

Also note that the same photo was used for Lapp in the m101-4&amp;5 sets from his last season in 1916:<br><img src="http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/nolemmings/16m1014lapp2.jpg" alt="[linked image]">
