does anyone know what this pamphlet from 1908 could be?
 

A coworker of mine found this in their grand father's home. It is missing the first two pages, I believe, so I am unsure of what it could be. It has rosters and the last three pages are poems. Does anyone have any clue as to what this could be. Pictures are below, thanks so much for any help!

National League schedule booklet from that season. They printed these for both leagues during the mid-late 1900's and maybe even the early 1910's. They are not common but not super rare either.

Interesting ... at first I thought it was part of a Spalding or Reach guide. I've never seen one of these. I would think very collectable since it is NY Giants from the 1908 season (Merkle/pennant race and all). Great collectable!

Sporting Life did schedule books using the Horner composites. Thats what you have. Here is what the cover looks like (from an old one I had years ago)

awesome, thanks so much for the information! I hate to be an information mooch, but any idea of a ballpark value considering that this is in poor condition and missing the front and back covers.

I think they are about 150-250 when complete and nice so your guess is as good as mine. I would guess maybe 75.00 or so.
