Looking for Colorado Buffaloes items, 1890-1940

Hi all,

I am looking for any Colorado Buffaloes football items from our early years, more specifically 1890-1940. Photos, postcards, tickets, programs, pins, autographs... Folsom Field, Byron White... if anyone has anything neat I'd love to see it and if you have anything you'd be willing to sell, let me know! I am a CU history student and work as a student manager for football, so anytime I can find items from our past, it's a real treat! Thanks!

Stay safe and Sko Buffs!

Good luck in your hunt, Jake!

One thing you should definitely add to your want list is Byron White's 1955 Topps All-American card if you don't have it already. He is one of two error cards in the set too as some of his card backs mistakenly talk about Gaynell Tinsley instead. And if you are really lucky, you can track down one of his cards that he autographed!

Those are great examples! Byron is one of the greatest Buffs to ever don a uniform and walk the halls of Colorado... arguably the best ever! It always makes me proud to have accomplished alumni like him.

I've seen those cards before and they are beautiful! An autographed one would be a dream! I'd love to add a signed one to my small collection! Do you know what prices they generally go for?
