New Ebay e-mail scam
 

Posted By: <b>Richard Simon</b><p>I just received a phishing e mail from a scammer which included my ebay registered name and inquired about an active item I am currently selling.<br />The e mail asked me if I ship to New Jersey. Yes do I ship to New Jersey.<br />There apparently is new technology out there now enabling the phishers to do this. Previously all phishing ebay e mails did not included this type of information.<br />BE CAREFUL OUT THERE. <br />--<br /><br />I refuse to engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent.<br />Unknown author <br />--<br />We made a promise.
