Great Stuff!

They sure don't make cleats like that any more. Did you notice even his head wasn't as big as Bonds'?

I always though he deserved an Emmy for that role.

Reminds me of 'It Happens Every Spring"

as a Braves fan, I am already looking forward to the next spring LOL

I thought a few others might enjoy this too so copied it to the main page.... They just don't make comedy like this anymore (for the most part)...

bbcard1 09-22-2014 09:49 AM

I don't think he would have been able to hit Jethroe Bodine's possum ball.

The 50th Anniversary of the Munsters premiere episode, September 24, 1964 is Wednesday..... Always great memories.

That manager looked like Leo Durocher.

refz 09-22-2014 12:00 PM

I think it was durocher

clydepepper 09-22-2014 01:23 PM

Yup, that's Leo.

By the way, I'd bet there would be a market for Fred Munster Baseball art cards...anyone feel frogy enough...oh, I mean artsy enough...?
