Is this a reference to the grade or the physical dimensions?

Posted By: <b>leon</b><p>is that it is a hair shy of a NM7 (the grade)......from looking at the scan if it were talking about being off a "hair" of something it would not be "size" or that would have to be a "clump" of hair........regards
