The items on your want list will eventually appear.
75 years ago the reigning Champion Philadelphia Warriors played the Baltimore Bullets for the Championship of the BAA . I had never seen a copy of the program from that series until last night. One of those purchases that reminded me of how much I enjoy collecting.

Very nice and tough to find item-- congrats. Geez, look at that neck on Hank Beenders-- I wonder if he's related to Eddie Brinkman:)

Awesome! Early basketball stuff is SO undervalued, IMO.

SHHHHHHH. No need to raise prices.. As I got older and started to follow more sports I found I Love live Nba And Love Love Live NHL. Started branching out collecting. Happy I get same joy from a great piece of Basketball or Hockey Memorabilia as I do from Baseball. And more so because Hockey and Basketball items are affordable. I hope they stay that way. I am very Grateful my collecting has helped me financially many times but I do miss the days when a show was piles and piles of cards on tables. Big huge piles of Baseball cards and a room full of mostly friends was a recipe for alot of happy memories.

As a memorabilia guy, I could almost literally come home with a car full of stuff. eBay is great, too, but without the human interaction.

Absolutely. Probably because there is no comprehensive catalog. Without a taxonomy and lexicon, it is very difficult to stimulate interest.

Wow cograts on your grail pickup! The cover photo is fantastic with player above the rim! Early BAA and NBA is so limited and under appreciated. My grail would be a Ft Wayne Zollner Pistons pennant which I have never seen and question if one even exists. I do have a Pistons program from the 40’s when they played home games at a High School Gymnasium.

The program and Ticket are both from Liberty High school in Bethlehem PA. The Warriors also played games in Camden and Trenton in High school Gyms. The Program is from Wilt Chamberlains rookie year. Finding programs from off site games like these make collecting them even more fun.

It is ridiculous how much fun this early BAA-NBA stuff can be
