Help Identifying Modern Autograph

Does anyone know whose signature this is on this ball? To me, it looks like Jose Fernandez and he is #16, but the signature looks nothing like his and since he defected from Cuba, he never would have won a gold medal with the USA team. I'm baffled so any thoughts or ideas are appreciated!

I got this. It is Lisa Fernandez. A pitcher, she won gold medals in softball at the 1996, 2000 and 2004 Olympics. She won a silver in 2008. Currently an assistant softball coach at her alma mater UCLA.
