1977 hostess panel question
 

I have had this graded panel for years and it was obviously mis labeled. and
possibly graded.

I can not remember what this is if you notice the hash marks between
each player. Is this a prototype? or what.

I would guess some sort of proof. The color on this is so much better than any regular copy of these cards I've seen anywhere.
