Best Tommy Lee Jones Movie

I know he has been in so many favorites, but my favorite is one that didn't get much press or coverage. If you haven't watched it, you should - it's worth the time:

The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada

It also stars Barry Pepper from "61" fame as Roger Maris.

Definitely NOT the Ty Cobb movie

I'll stay with the safe choice and go with "No Country For Old Men"

followed by: The Fugitive

Always seem to miss "Three Burials.....". Have had it on my watch list several times, and by the time I get to it, it's gone from whatever service I have at the time.

I second No County.

But also Volcano has always been a guilty pleasure for me. Better than Dante's Peak. I said it.

All great movies, "No Country for Old Men" is great.

However, watch Three Burials - it just may become your favorite.

Oh, if you want to include "Lonesome Dove", although it's not a movie - that's OK - there are no rules!

1. The Fugitive
2. The Executioner's Song
3. No Country for Old Men

Lincoln

The European version of the Gary Gilmore movie for one reason: the Rosanna Arquette scenes.

He was really good in many movies but to me they are

Fugitive and JFK

Very entertaining in Under Siege

Do not watch Jackson County Jail from sometime in the '70s. He has improved alot since

The Boats (Mighty Mo for exterior scenes: Alabama for interiors) stole the show!!

'No Country for Old Men' gets my vote.

Not sure he’d be a fun guy to hang out with but he’s in so many amazing movies. Fugitive is my personal favorite. No Country is obviously a better movie but not as near and dear.
