Return envelope postmarked 2004, North Bay, Cal. Wasn't recorded in my autograph inventory book---??-With all my auto I receive I assign a inventory number, as autograph collectors know, some signatures are impossible to decipher! ( not necessarily sports related ? )

Looks like maybe Michael Johnson, the Olympic star.
