NFL Black Monday

Minnesota and Chicago cleaning house aren't surprising, but Miami firing Flores is ridiculous.

I'm a Cleveland fan, and I'd fire Stefanski if we were guaranteed to get Flores. He's a better coach with much less talent. Miami's GM should have been fired before Flores.

My guess is that Flores will be picked up pretty quickly if he chooses to run a team next year.

As a Raiders fan, I'll be curious to see what they end up doing after this season. There has been stuff floating around online about Jim Harbaugh coming back to the NFL and possibly landing in Las Vegas but that's all speculation as far as I know. Bisaccia has done well for the most part since stepping in for Gruden and dealing with that nightmare and the others that seemed to pop up every other week for the organization. I wonder if after all of that and actually making the playoffs they stick with him. Win a game or two in the playoffs and I'd be shocked if they got someone else.

Bisaccia has certainly earned enough respect to be considered. Whomever is the coach there next year, I'd imagine Carr is retained. If he's not, I want him in Cleveland. I think he's very underrated.

As a Dolphins fan, they will regret firing Flo. This is all about Grier trying to justify drafting Tua. Stephen Ross fired the wrong guy.

I'll trade ya' Joe Judge and Dave Gettleman for a bag of old socks and Y.A. Title's dead right arm.

Wut?

"Well, I’ve been looking at this over three years now and watching the organization grow. I think an organization can only function if it is collaborative and it works well together," Ross said. "I don’t think that we were really working well as an organization that it would take to really win consistently at the NFL level."

Rumor is Grier and Flo had a big disagreement about moving forward with Tua, like I said, Ross fired the wrong guy.

It is a damn shame that owners cannot suffer the same fate the day after the season and they get fired.

HTTR.......

Psychotic Bills fan here.

Man, that San Diego Chargers vs. Oakland Raiders (Whoops!! I mean Los Angeles San Diego Chargers vs. Las Vegas Oakland Raiders) battle last night was epic!!!! I have never seen a game where the quarterback could only complete passes when it was 4th down. Holy heck!

I don't know what's happening in Miami, but they had one of the most incredible comeback seasons I have ever seen. A total turnaround that just fell short.

I am holding out an irrational hope that the Patriots can repeat their road win in Buffalo. It's not very rational though. Still, if it's really bad weather, that could make things interesting.

Time and time again, my Buff fails to make the big play to secure a victory. That wind game against the Pats is a perfect example. Mac Jones threw the ball, what, three times during the entire game and the Bills still couldn't win it? Huh????????? Our kicker (big surprise) missed an important field goal, which meant at the end of the game we couldn't kick a short FG for the win (down by 4 instead of 1), we had to go for a touchdown...and failed. Drives me freaking batty!!!! And Belichick?? We can't seem to get passed him. Saturday better be the day we do. Let's go Buffalllloooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depending how far he takes them into the play-offs, Bisaccia should be safe. After rebounding from the turmoil with Gruden, then their star RB DUI and killing a woman while driving his Vette in LV at 157MPH, Bisaccia has done a remarkable job. I was somewhat surprised on Black Monday that the Spani Dolts didn't dump their rookie HC after he went for a 1st down at his own 18 yard line on 4th down and failed. Not even a high school play, and certainly not something you'd ever expect to see in the NFL. The three points his goofy decision cost his team was the difference in the final score. Coach needs to go back to class.

Joe Judge is the latest to go. Took long enough.

Ownership finally figured out you can't QB sneak your way to a title.

I won't say "I told you so" either? I liked the hire when they first made it. Thought he might be a diamond in the rough. Turned out he just talked a good game. X's and O's meant very little to him.

He was supposed to be a mini-Belichick, but the only thing they have in common, was they were both Special Teams coaches. Belichick doesn't win games by giving rah-rah Gene Hackman speeches at halftime and making long rambling excuses to the press. He wins games with his mind...by using strategy and technique to put his guys in the best possible position to win.

Gettleman didn't do any favors for him either, in regards to getting the right talent, but I'm not sure Judge could have won 8 games with The Chiefs roster.

He might end up being a good college coach, but I don't think he'll be anything more then a decent Special Teams Coach in the NFL. We saw in the last game, how much "Field Position" meant to him. :D
