In what context?

maybe they sell shares in cards?

Forgive my ignorance,did you get an e-mail soliciting you? Is that a company? Where did you see the term Partner Services?

Escorts?

matching people to split REA lots?

I think not to long ago I saw something that said something like this. Shares in a high value card where you go in partnership to buy. Why, I have no idea as I do not understand why you would want to buy a share of a high priced card unless it is a prestige thing so one can say "I own part of a ..."

Partner services is a public health term which refers to the health intervention given to a client's intimate partners when a client goes to a health care provider requesting health care.
