Looks like Celestino Caballero.

I don't think so. The boxer in the photo is wearing a WBO World Champion belt and fought in America at Sycuan (San Diego). Caballero doesn't match that.

Caballero fought for Sycuan Promotions, but if it's not him, it's gotta be Joan Guzman then.

Definitely him. The event was 2/26/04 in San Diego
