Luckily, the law is clear on this point--a thief conveys no title to the stolen property. A bunch of gun nuts are gonna have a very rude awakening. <BR><BR>BTW, body armor isn't like nuclear missiles--ceramic impact plates have been around for years and there isn't much to reverse engineer, so the "Red Chinese Threat" is really hyperbole. Besides, with a standing army in the millions, the ability to raise tens of millions more, and a system that does not give a rat's @$$ about individuals, I don't really think the Chinese are gonna go out of their way to armor their infantry. <BR><BR>finally: shouldn't the site be "ebayerswhosuck"?

Posted By: <b>jay behrens</b><p>eBay can't possibley check every auction that gets listed, but I am sure there was more than one person that emailed eBay that that these items were not meant to be offered to the public. eBay is constantly warned about illegal and fraudulent items, but never does anything about them. I am sure that they hot on pirated music and movie discs becuase they have been threated with law suits by the major studios. Sadly, the little guys like go ignored when we point out things.<BR><BR>Jay
