1967/1968 O-Pee-Chee Posters - which year?

Quick but hopefully straightforward question - I have seen the late 60s O-Pee-Chee Posters insert labeled as both 1967 (Beckett seems to list them as 1967 OPC "Paper Inserts") whereas other places like TCDB list them as 1968 OPC Posters

I am slightly unsure if Beckett's Paper Inserts listing is supposed to be Posters or not - the checklist appears to be the same players but in a different order. But they don't seem to have any Posters insert in the 1968 OPC set, and the 1967 Paper Inserts set description linked above references that there is confusing if these belong to 1967 or 1968, so I am assuming that the "Paper Inserts" are supposed to be the Posters

Is there a consensus of which year these belong to?

No, I was being facetious. Last night I contacted Trading Card Data Base telling them that they need to remove the Morgan from their 1968 O-Pee-Chee set listing because it doesn't exist. A moderator responded that unless I can prove it doesn't exist it will remain on their listing. How in the world can I prove it DOESN'T exist, provide an uncut complete production sheet?

PSA recognizes that the 1968 OPC Poster of Joe Morgan doesn't exist.

Actually they don't

The link was to the #1 Set which is missing 7 pinups (including the Morgan) which equates to the set completion of 78.13%. Morgan is also in the set composite. It is the set holder that mentions that Morgan doesn't exist.

It is quite suspicious as it would mean a set of 31? Different from the Topps set of 32. I am not familiar enough, but any insights into this mystery? Larry? Dave?

That’s great… proving something doesn’t exist. Sounds like a college philosophy class…. Jesus… God… Joe Morgan
I will leave it at that
